Cricket Australia is set to deploy an SD-WAN backed by Aussie Broadband fibre, connecting all its offices and sites nationwide.
The national domestic cricket governing body has named Aussie Broadband as official telecommunications partner for the sport, and will also use its telecommunications services.
Aussie Broadband said in a statement this will include fibre-based services, a Fortinet SD-WAN, and “Microsoft Teams Calling for their workforce and external partners”.
The agreement is for three years.
“The technology solutions provided by Aussie Broadband will ensure Cricket Australia has secure and reliable broadband services, with streamlined communications for their workforce and external partners,” Aussie Broadband group chief executive Brian Maher said.
